Bad service 5 star hotel, from coming there is no concierge, no welcome drink, long waiting room. The worst, there is no notification on the traveloka site if the hotel is under renovation !!! Even though the front desk staff named Nika helped a lot, gave us complimentary afternoon tea and souvenirs, but it still ruined our holiday day. If we have a good intention to upgrade our room to a premium suite but we did not take it because it was already tired. Thank you very much, Nika, for helping us at the Conrad hotel.
