No. Just hell no! Called about birthday parties. Spent about a half hour on the phone.
Details I came away with:
up to 8 people ("racers")
use of party room for entire 2 hours
times available on date I needed - 12-2p, 2:30-4:30pm, 5-7pm.
party supplies provided - red tablecloth(s), racing/checkered flag theme plates, etc, pizza, drinks
can bring cake& cake supplies, and any snack items or other drinks (i.e., water)

YAY! 13 year olds party plan a success so far!!
Got off of the phone to check schedules and figure out which time-slot would work best. Called back later in the day, two different times, to confirm the time, no answer (figured no big deal, call tomorrow).
Next day, they beat me to the punch, called ME back! About to confirm time BUT I am instead told - "...need to be 18 to drive karts...we don't do children's birthday parties...I don't know who told you that!!!!!"
