PLEASE people take the reviews serious before sign...

PLEASE people take the reviews serious before signing any lease with Janko properties!!! I don't live in their properties but my mother does and they are HORRIBLE! I have to call them at least 3 times before they return my calls. My mom's apartment was really dirty when we first moved her in. I helped her clean it and there was mice droppings inside the kitchen cabinets. Even worse she's allergic to cat hair and there was alot of it in the bedroom closet. It took my mom hours to clean it up since there's carpet in her bedroom closet. I had to stalk the people at the office so they could give my mom her mailbox key which took almost 2 weeks after she moved in. I called my Internet provider to move service and they needed to know where the phone box was and NOBODY in the office knew where it was at. I had to go looking for it everywhere. Not to mention their laundry, boiler and storage rooms are VERY VERY scary even my Internet provider representative that came to connect my service said so himself. Lastly, my mom's garden apartment has been VERY HOT for the past 3 days. My mom is always the one who complains about being cold but not this time. She even had to open her windows and for her to do that, it means it's REALLY hot. Ok, that's not that bad but when the heater pipelines on her ceiling start dripping water and she has to move her furniture from her bedroom and living room AND to top it off it smells like sewer for 3 days and NOBODY at Janko properties returns your calls. That's BULLCRAP!!!! I was at my mom's apartment for less than an hour and I got a headache Bc of the sewer smell. I had to tell my mom to come and sleep at my house because I'm sure that smell isn't healthy. I've called 3 times and no response. I am going to the office in a few hours since they can't return any calls. Please stay far away from this property company. I've taken pictures and videos of everything because I have a feeling we will need it.
