Updated review - I have had some issues in beginning with technician and wireless transmitter installed which wouldn't work with my cell phone but Ryan called me back in timely manner and resolved all of the issues . Tech. Gary who came for follow up visit did awesome job. I really appreciate that Smith Thompson security is taking customer service very seriously and they're here to stay in this Industry by serving customer in best possible manner.
