We had some brick cracks in the exterior corner of the house. My wife had called two big name foundation repair companies and they had come out and recommended 24+ piers on the outside and interior which meant ripping out the wood floors inside and about 20K total cost.
I called Two Brothers Foundation Repair and Jacob came out to look at my home. He was punctual and took measurements outside and inside of our house. Based on his measurement/inspection Jacob concluded that, the readings do not warrant any foundation repair for our house since some settlement is normal and especially since we do not have any cracks inside or any issues with the doors. An engineer friend, who is also a home builder, came out to look at the foundation before Jacob s visit and came to the same conclusion. Both also noted that I should consider putting drainage on the side of the house.
What a relief and kudos to Jacob for being honest. Thank you Jacob and Two Brothers Foundation, refreshing to see honesty in this day and age, keep up the great work.
