This place manages something incredible ( and rare...

This place manages something incredible ( and rare in London...) - it is a very luxurious place, everything seems 5* and quality. Yet the staff are so friendly and genuinely welcoming - there is no hint of snobbiness, all the staff are just the loveliest people. Really recommend!
