Shavitz has serviced our condo building and our individual hvac unit (thanks Ramiro) on multiple occasions and always does a great job. Their review is thorough, they explain what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. They have been easy to schedule with (thanks Jennifer), on time, and always call when they are on the way. Pricing is reasonable and they offer different annual membership options for discounted rates. We will see them again!
