Such a bad experience at the Hammersmith branch, the staff very rude and disrespectful, I just found out that they lyed against me, the Hammersmith branch said that I failed their little driving assessment when I haven't even taken one yet. They have accused me of failing just because I stood up for my right and didn't want to be looked down upon.
