I have reactivated my UI claim after working for 9...

I have reactivated my UI claim after working for 9 months from August '20 to May '21. It's been a month, I am eligible for benefits, but my status is benefits exhausted. How is that possible when I only collected for 10 weeks last summer? You cannot get anyone on the phone, they don't respond to uploaded letters on their site, or hard copies mailed to them. I am certain they don't read these reviews or care that people need answers to their questions.
