Excellent service to revise my will. I am not resident in UK initial communications were by email, which were handled well. A face to face meeting while I was visiting ironed out all the details to my satisfaction. Mr Gladwell admitted that this was his first time drawing up a will to include 'digital assets' and that it was a learning curve. My only slight issue was the amount of the bill!
