River's Edge Reviews

Out of all the companies I work with, I consistently receive the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service from Rivers Edge. Their customer service rep Kim will yell at you and literally treat you like trash for no good reason. It seems to be the new standard from which they operate. I would be very apprehensive doing any business with them!

Ordered a fishing lure mailbox on Nov. 14.
Said it would be here Nov. 18.
It's now Dec. 13 and it's still not here.
I'd like to say this product is great, but I can't...because I've never seen it.
One thing's for sure - their delivery system is PATHETIC.

River's Edge's new outdoor mats are really nice. I love the one pine cone mat I have at my front door. Excellent customer service.

I place an order with this company through Amazon and still have not received it, I have been told 2 different times that it was going to be here , still no product , I have sent 2 emails and have heard no response, I don t think I will ever order from Rivers edge again !!
