Please Beware.

If I could give a Negative -100 I would give this shack of a hotel just that.

Online photos does not reflect what you see when you get their.
An they will not refund you!
Water stain ceilings, trash on the floor, rodents running when you open the room door. An when reported to the Manager she insults your intelligence an tell you it was a paper you seen falling.

Manager goes an inspect the room an say I didnt see a mouse so we can move you to another room. I didn't know mice stayed still an waited for you to find them.

Musty smelling halls to compliment the stained ceilings an dirty wetvac in the common area.

With all that going on a refund was still refused an Im left standing at the counter looking for another hotel to stay at.

Please Beware.. Do Not GO

A perfect stay before flying out of BWI. We had our car there while traveling. Upon return the kindest shuttle driver picked us up after our trip and dropped right by our car.

Extremely outdated.. Disappointed. Booked it for 3 days.

Lovely, clean establishment with personable staff at the front desk. No decaf coffee, however. We stayed for 2 nights, but the room keys both stopped working before the 2nd night.

Average... I got nothing I wanted and our reason for having our COVID vacation was they had breakfast and a mobility accessible bathroom. They had none!! I was done, we left a day early.

Hopefully the owners are upgrading. Carpeting smelled old. Bathroom floor sticky. Tub drainage slow, so was service to fix theproblems. But it seems short staffed. Only saving grace were the very overworked, very underpaid, beautiful, dedicated, multi-tasking women at the frontdesk. I hope they don't burn out from the job load.

Fabulous front desk reception. Delivers breakfast of your choice to your door. A little outdated but mostly clean.

Was here when it was a Hampton Inn... Was surprised to see this was purchased by Wingate!! Pleasent staff.. And transport to the airport.

Stayed one night. Arrived late. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Handle several customers professionally. Room was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. Would stay again and recommend.

We enjoy staying the night, very pleasant place. Staff is sufficient, thank you.
