It saddens me to read fake reviews, or reviews from the "competition" which have little credibility. The restaurant has a variety of traditional authentic Mexican food and Text-Mex. The food is Mexican, but the recepies are Chef Hugo's. Now, remember we all have our personal touches and gastronomy varies from state to state in Mexico so don't expect your enchiladas to be like the ones you tried in Michoacan if they're serving "Enchiladas Potosinas". Mentioned a little text-mex is also served. Personally, there have been a couple of dishes that I was not "crazy" about, but my husband loved them. So I decided to try again with different dishes and it has been more than a tasting experience. While sitting at Hugo's I have closed my eyes and transported myself to Mexico, I have had vivid flashbacks of memories that are precious to my heart... All these experiences in one single bite. I invite you, try it for yourself with an open mind. Their food is exceptional and their service is courteous.
