I haven't actual used the event space, but I did request a quote. I received a quote in record time and it was very professional. The information given was detailed. I even received a follow up email to address any questions I had. Their customer service was on point. If you can feel good customer service through and email, then I would say it has to be stellar in person. This place looks spectacular!!!! Since good service is so rare I try to share when I can.
