I was recently hit from behind while driving to Chicago. Elmer's was recommended by a friend so I scheduled an appointment with Wes Steffen and our insurance company and then headed over to have my Jeep looked at. The damage was worse than I originally thought and our Jeep ended up being totaled by the insurance company. Even though Elmer's did not get to fix our Jeep, Wes stood by us throughout the entire process to make sure the insurance company treated us fairly. I cannot say enough good things about Elmer's and if I am ever in need of auto body repair in the future I will take my vehicle straight to Elmer's.
