I wish i can give 0 stars. Rudest place ever. I only went with my dad to translate for him to get the statement and they treated me as if i'm about to steal my dads money or info. This person was supposed to help but totally ignored me. Only when my dad started getting mad due to difficulty of communicating did she ask me to come. Literally these people have no sense and no care for customer service. I guess Bank of America doesnt need to be nice to customers.
