I've had all my servicing done at Lexus South Pointe and I've yet to have a poor or 'average' experience. From the moment I enter the building all of the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The service advisors are genuinely friendly, their quite knowledgeable when answering your questions, and if there's anything technical questions that need answering, the service manager Ravi will come over, bring you to your vehicle in the shop and answer any question you might have about your vehicle. I won't have my Lexus serviced anywhere else.
