This was the best experience I have ever had when traveling, The staff were genuinely nice and extremely accommodating, I recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Boston. You are right in the heart of the city and everything you could possibly want to see or do is in walking distance.

There were outstanding staff that I want to especially thank for a wonderful trip: Glenny (front desk) and
Andrew, Bill and Eyassu, they all helped me get to where I needed to go. Outstanding in customer service and I cant wait to come back in the fall! For those whose name I did not put down...cheers to all of you...I will be returning in the fall!!!!
