We used Chef Michael and his staff to prepare an evening meal for our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Chef Michael and Amber were wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, and all the details and menu selections were handled over the phone. The evening of the celebration, Chef Michael arrived at the predetermined time with the food and all the serving equipment, and stayed until all the food was accounted for. His staff, led by Jill, arrived and began setting up all the equipment , and was very attentive to all the details that go with catering needs. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed. Everything was exactly as ordered, and we could not have been more pleased with the quality and quantity of the food. At the predetermined time, Jill and her helper began putting the leftovers into plastic containers to leave with us, began cleaning up, and putting the serving dishes into a specific area for pick up. Chef Michael arrived very shortly afterward, loaded up all the equipment, including our trash. I highly recommend Chef Michael s Gourmet Kitchen for any catering you might need. We will certainly use him again.
