I have tried to contact the manager Dave Estes for over a month. He still has not responded to my emails. As a repeat customer of the Paramount Auto Group, I was disappointed at how the KIA group handled our transaction. We were told that we could get their pricing to change out the leather seats in our car to another color by a vendor they use in the Hickory area. Then we found out this vendor was not in Hickory, but over 2 hours away. When we looked at the reviews of this vendor, they were poor and past customers were unhappy with the quality of their work. If I would have known this, I would have not bought the car I did. The finance manager, Evan, was very pushy to get the paperwork signed ASAP, because he thought he would probably lose a sale. I wish now that I would have followed my instincts and walked away from the deal. We have purchased 7 cars from the Paramount group in the last 15 years. This will probably be my last! I should have stuck with Hyundai. Our salesperson, Jon Arrowood, was very helpful and honest. Too bad the managers on the Kia side do not share th same work ethics and moral values as Jon does.
