Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they had the parts I wanted at a reasonable price.

I ordered a lian li case, after 2 weeks of it not arriving I submitted a support ticket, it has now been over 48 hours and I still have not heard back from them.

Their website only gives the information "Order received - Not shipped"

I called today, after being on hold for over an hour and a half I found out that the case was actually out of stock, despite them allowing me to place an order. which means that it still won't arrive for a good week+. There was no mention of a pre-order when I purchased the product.

Very deceptive and poor customer service.
