I was very unsatisfied with the way the office handled my finances, when i first visited the office, i told them upfront that if there were any charges whatsoever that i would have to pay out of pocket that i wanted to know upfront, needless to say about 6 months after my services in which the office told me was completely covered by my insurance and i would not owe any out of pocket money, i received a letter from the office saying i had a balance. After countless emails to the office i finally got a response from someone that said they made a mistake and would be taking care of the balance and i had nothing else to worry about. Well now, over a year later i receive a collection notice on my credit report for this charge that was suppose to be taken care of. What an inconvenience to me, and now in the process of trying to buy a home, i have a collection on my report. I will not be returning for service from this place nor will i recommend anyone else to them.
