I have a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited Edition. to mechanical issues from the manufacturer. My car was in this repair shop for two months and 13 days. They didn't have the transmission on stock. It took one month to get the transmission and the rest of the time to fix my car. I had to call them every 2 weeks for an update. And every time they said to me "In two days ". I was in this dilemma for more than a month. Out all this time nobody called me once from the repair shop . I'm the one that had to called them. They didn't even to want to give me a rental car. Even though it's a manufacturer imperfection. They only allowed 7 days rental car out those 2 months and 13 days that my car was in the repair shop. That's what You call a BAD,BAD customer service .
