Absolutely terrible service in their repair depart...

Absolutely terrible service in their repair department. They fail to deliver on simple tasks like calling to make sure the only person that can do a particular repair is in when an appointment is scheduled. I waited 30 min before seeing anyone when I had an appointment and two of their service reps will often tell you two different things which makes it hard to get any answers at all. I also had to have them correct my bill since they forgot many discounts they promised. I feel like I'm doing the job their management should be doing every time I walk in.
