This was our second purchase from Dorschels, the first was a VW back in 06' from Tom Backer. We remembered his name because he made that good of an impression with his wonderful customer service. He was the reason we came back to Dorschels, we live in Corning so it is over 1 1/2 hrs drive from home. On this trip it was for a Toyota however. Things did not go nearly as smooth as the first time but it's how you deal with the mistakes that makes all the difference. I took delivery of a Toyota RAV4 XLE and I believed it to have factory remote start as an option. We had to have it installed a week later because it wasn't in stock at the time we drove home in our new vehicle. To our initial disappointment, we found out later that the factory remote start will not work with my trim line XLE model and only with the top trim line Limited model which costs substantially more. We worked this out amicably with Evan Stark, the Toyota sales manager. Our sales consultant was Will Heuschneider and both of these guys were terrific through this entire process. I remained very patient through this process as did both Will and Evan and as a result I am a walking talking billboard for Dorschel Toyota. They "proved" to me more than just empty words can do alone that they are committed to stellar customer service and this is The Dorschel Difference. I am loving life in my new 13' Toyota Rav4 "Limited" and the factory remote starter is a "must have feature"!!
