We had an appointment with a salesman and arrived ...

We had an appointment with a salesman and arrived a few minutes late. However, the salesman we had an appointment with was still busy with another customer. We were asked to wait until he was done, but to get everything started they had a rookie salesman start with paperwork. We thought it was odd that they start off with asking us all of our information before even showing us the car we came in for. Anyhow, this new salesman was learning the ropes of the place, so we were patient but ended up waiting 45 minutes before even seeing the car we were specifically there for. We ended up never seeing the original salesman again and instead ended up talking to one of the managers after our test drive. Long story short, we ended up going back and forth with the manager a couple of times. When he finalized on a price that was still too high (in our opinion for the car itself and for our budget) we asked for the carfax. Come to find out that the car had been in a moderate accident, which they were obviously never going to inform us about. We were expecting them to maybe sweeten up the deal due to the accident, but they let us walk right out the door without trying to sell or show a different vehicle. All in all, we sat at Henderson Nissan for 2 hours and had face time with a professional for a total of about 10 minutes. Maybe even less.
