Heritage Property Management is Horrible management company. This organization manages my HOA of Ivey Pointe in Lawrenceville in GA. I really do not know what we paying them for as they are unresponsive to our basic need. I have been trying for over 8 months to get my pool card replacement I payed for since 08/27/2018 . I have been emailing and calling my HOA community managers Crystal Ainsworth who got replaced by Heidi Siberon. Both of these managers are the worse our community had since I joined that association. I got tired of waiting for response, I decided to call yesterday 05/22/2019 the customer support line and I spoke to a very nice lady named Genny Hertz who made my day. Genny first helped me getting access to my web account and promised to assist my getting my Pool Card. She shows that she cares. She should be promoted as a supervisor position in place of the other so call managers. Please never hire Heritage Property Management to manage your properties or your HOA.
