I ve been a Hilton honors member for a very long time and the hotel itself is very nice and clean, however I gave it two stars because of the overnight attendant Stephanie s poor behavior and attitude. She s very rude and abrupt and her demeanor was unprofessional and unsuitable for the hospitality business. She even tried to charge me for a bar of soap! Unacceptable!
