I have an extremely nasty treatment from one of call agents. She said "I don't understand you at all!" Even she has very thick accent, I could understand what's she talking about. Why on earth she did not understand me at all and hang off while talking something to her! If she were an accent correct teacher, I might understand her. However, I don't think she has a right to pick up my English. I request PayPal not to happen this kind of thing, again!
