After exhausting all of the local VW dealerships in Bergen county, we drove 30+ miles to purchase a beautiful '15 GTI after speaking to Rich Rodriguez on the phone for 10 minutes! Rich exceeded our expectations at every opportunity and was so thorough, professional, and friendly! He didn't play any salesman games and was solely straight forward and honest. Not only did they offer the best price I could find, they didn't attack us with add-ons or push to sell more. Rich kept us in the loop while they were searching for our new baby, replying to my impatient texts with reassurance and updates at my beckoning. Also as a pleasant surprise, the finance office wasn't an ordeal or more pressure to purchase, but instead was clear, prompt, and simple. While I've purchased a number of new vehicles over the last 20 years, I have NEVER had such an amazing car buying experience!! KUDOS to TREND MOTORS for delivering on their promises, and then some!! We'll be back in spring to see Rich Rodriguez for our next VW!
