Our glass waterfall sink faucet failed to shut off recently. Apparently, the cartridge in the water nozzle had worn out after 11yrs of use. I appreciate the courtesy, expediency, and professionalism John in customer service exhibited! We are so glad that Klaus has great customer service and replacement parts. Highly recommend their products.
