Booked car through Hotwire. When I went there, there was a big crowd and i was standing on the line for 50 minutes. Actually i have booked compact car. When I reach the counter they said Truck is allocated for me. I can't change car type as it was allocated by system. So they charged me more 52$ to change my car forcefully :( Btw they gave me brand new Chevy Impala.
