Made reservation for a room with 2 beds (family of...

Made reservation for a room with 2 beds (family of 4) in July for a stay in November. Upon arrival was told they do not guarantee rooms & we were given a room with a king bed & a roll away. I was never told there was a chance I would not get a room with 2 beds. I would've stayed somewhere else. Was told 2 people would need to share the roll away. For the price I'm paying, this is extremely disappointing.
