This is the 2nd time I have used Okinus and I'm very happy to say that it has been a great experience. On the first lease, I didn't have any issues and never needed to speak with an agent. This second time however, I had a situation and was connected with Ms Joan Robinson. Wow. She was fantastic. I work for a major hotel chain and am constantly working with guests. So as someone who knows the up and downs with working with the public, I was floored by her pleasant nature and ability to make decisions quickly. She calmly assisted me while exploring options.
