The worst experience I have ever had as a consumer...
The worst experience I have ever had as a consumer, was with Marks Electrical.
I ordered a fridge, and paid for it on the same day. They promised me a delivery date, so I waited for the fridge, however, it did not come, when I called, their office was closed.
I called the next day, and they told me that they could no longer get me that fridge for up 3 months. I asked for a refund, and purchased the same fridge from Curry's, who delivered the next week.
4 weeks have passed, and I have still not received my refund! I have called 4 times, and been waited over 15 minutes each time for their Customer Services to respond.
You are able to get through to their sales department within seconds, however, their service leaves a lot to be desired.
I would not recommend this company to any one who wants a professional after care service
