Fridge freezer ordered November. It was out of stock, although this was not indicated on the website. I was promised an update in early December; it didn t come. I contacted customer services to be told it was still out of stock, despite still being advertised on the website for delivery in late December. I was then promised another update on 28 December. It didn t come. You can see a pattern developing here. I rang again and was told that the item was still out of stock, despite still being advertised on the website. I asked to be contacted on Monday 8 January, with a delivery date, and was assured I would be. Customer services didn t bother, not that I thought they would. The item is still on the website for delivery in 8-14 working days . Marks Electrical are cheap, but I d recommend you pay slightly more in order to do business with a more professional and competent outfit. I won t make the same mistake again.
