Modern rooms in a streamlined hotel? Was I in a different place than what was advertised? No free internet unless you come to a crowded lobby for the slow free internet. If you were lucky enough and got a room on 1st floor near the lobby then you could mooch from the comfort of your own room the incredibly slow free internet service. Correct me if I am wrong its 2015, let s have some internet people. Room fridge and safe out of service, one of the lights in bathroom burnt out, area around tub and sink warped and discolored, weird contraption as a shower door that closed half of tub off but unless you only ran water at half pressure then water went everywhere (creating the above warped and discolored area around sink/tub), seams in the wallpaper peeling, dust on door sills, picture in frame falling, remote caked in something like it was taken to dinner or used as a utensil during room service, door frame splitting and aging, etc etc etc. The only good: concierge desk very friendly, and breakfast buffet extensive. Whomever operates is taking every cent they make and padding their pocket because there is no upkeep in the room I was in. Of 4 hotels I stayed in while traveling in Europe, this was tied for worst.
