Every person I have spoken to doesn't know what another person has done. No continuity. Given case Manager so many times, but then always passed on. I have had to re-send so many copy receipts etc. Was in tears as making no headway. Promises of return phone calls not honoured Then FINALLY I spoke to DENISE WAIN . She did what should have been done months ago and took all the details of my accident. She was sympathetic and efficient. I have had e mail today from her and she is posting to me Case File (unfortunately I could not open on e mail) Thank you Denise
