Had a pretty good time on my cruise. The unlimited open bar worked out great. I have five complaints. First, that I upgraded from the inside rooms to a window room for an extra fee just because the pictures displayed the indoor rooms and two small beds and the window rooms as one queen size bed. When we slept on the bed the first night, I soon found out it was also just two small beds put together and every night it split in the middle and I would wake up 3-4 times a night to push the beds back together to attempt to get it more comfortable. My second complaint was that the second day on the ship, I got a note on my door that I owed a $108 fee or something around that for a service fee on the ship. The fee is completely fine, although I think it would be much more convenient for guests if it was charged in the beginning of the cruise rather than getting my ship card turned off because I immediately had a negative balance. Third, I didn't like how everything on the ship had to be charged through your ship card, my girlfriend got really sea sick the second night when the water was a little rough and I wasn't able to buy her any medicine because my ship card had a negative balance from the service fee, so I had to wait in line to put money onto my card and then run back up the stairs to get her dramamine for her sea sickness from the store an hour later while she was sick throwing up in the room. Fourth, I didn't like how the photographers take all these great pictures of us, which then get printed out and advertised on the wall and are sold for what I think is a rediculous $20.00 each. The part that upset me is that they were already all printed out and the money was spent on them to just be thrown away after the cruise. I would have loved to take home the 6 pictures I seen of us, but didn't want to spend $120.00 on them. I recommend to the cruise line that they offer the photos for a much smaller fee, especially being that the money is already spent on them and they're all printed out already. At $5-10 each I would have easily bought all of them and wanted more. Finally, this didn't bother me personally, but the ferry boats that take and return you from Great Stirrup Cay can be extremely rough to board for anybody physically impaired or for senior citizens. The waves were tossing the 10ft ramp to board/deboard 2-6ft up and down which could very easily injure somebody not strong on their feet. Other than that, don't let me make it sound like it was a miserable time, because it wasn't, everything else was fantastic. Best customer service I've ever received on a cruise. The private island was fantastic. Every event we attended was fantastic and went well above my expectations. The price I got the cruise for was more than fair. All in all, it was my best cruise ever and I would love to come back if I find a good deal again one day. I highly recommend as somebody about to go on this cruise line though to heed my advice. If you're wanting a bigger bed, don't upgrade to a window room for it, it's the same two beds as the inside room. Immediately put $200 onto your ship card, you will easily spend it and your trip will be much more convenient. Take lots of your own pictures unless you're willing to shell out over a hundred bucks on their photos.
