This is by far the worst company I have ever come ...

This is by far the worst company I have ever come across. They do not communicate with their costumers, they do not rely information to new customers. They cut off my power because I didn't submit a form by 3p and they never told me if I didn't submit it by 3p my power would be off for 2 days. I asked a supervisor, named Rebecca, what they would do if my baby died because they refused to fix their mistake and turn my power back on. She told me, very sarcastically, to call 911. The lack of caring and humane treatment is uncanny. I have never felt less like a human being than dealing with this company. I will never invest into their stock, or recommend them to anyone.
