Absolute worst customer service I have ever receiv...

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Had to wait at the store for 4 hours to get them to repair my phone under warranty (which had been verified and booked with Apple) and provide a working loan phone. This entire time they did not even offer so much as a chair even though I was an obvious 7 months pregnant. Lacking even basic humanity let alone respect for customers or willingness to help find a solution.
