Last Wednesday my computer had a hard disk crash. I have put computers together myself. I was debating whether I should install the new hard disk myself. I am very glad they took the computer to DHE. They worked with Dell on the warranty issues. They got the old hard drive to work long enough to get a good backup. They installed the new hard drive and restored all my program and data files. I was up and running by Friday afternoon. The price was reasonable. I could have done it myself, but it would have taken 10 times longer!
