My customer service experience was horrible and the food was horrible. On August 10, 2018 I had lunch at Le Bilboquet. I arrived at 12:30 and I left at 1:55 pm because of the late arrival of my food. Unfortunately my strip steak was rough, tough and overcooked too hard. The waitress saw me struggling trying to cut my steak but the food took so long to arrive that I had to box it up and go to a meeting back at my office. I had to leave the restaurant quickly.
I called back the next morning on August 11, 2018 and I spoke to a Jennifer. She stated that she would replace my meal and give me a call back.
I called back on August 13, 2018 approx. 6:00pm and I spoke to a Mark. He placed me on hold and he spoke to the General Manager and Jennifer. Apparently Jennifer was dishonest and lied and stated that she called me back. She did not call me and I proof per my phone calls activity I did not receive a phone call from her. Then Mark stated that I ate half of my steak but that s another lie and I have attached a picture. Mark later stated in a rude manner over the phone that I should have said something sooner than a day. I explained to him that is very rude and discourteous.
Also he refused to allow me to speak to the General Manager.
Please look at the picture how Tough and Overcooked a $50.00 steak.
I never asked for my money back. I only asked if they would prepare a better at my next visit.
This is a classless and overrated restaurant.
