After the initial budget plan and set up of my accounts (a few years ago now!) After assessing what i can comfortably afford, they do not hassle or bother you other than the occasional email to remind you of payments and remaining balance etc. On the rare occasion i have had to speak to them directly. It has been a pleasant experiance with my issue being resolved. Furthermore, i would like to recommend their online account, which is very easy to use and a great way for you to keep in control of your accounts. Non pushy, at your own pace kind of people.
