Very poor company, no real sense of trust building...

Very poor company, no real sense of trust building between renters and property managers (for rentals). Renting process is somewhat of a scam as well, a large pool of people go to a non-personalized showing, everybody pays a lot of money for app fees, meanwhile they are full aware that only one party will be selected. I think renting on a first come first approved basis is essential in building trust with renters, nobody wants beat around with games like this when they are looking for a home. Units were not in the greatest condition either, I opted with a much better conditioned unit just blocks away for a similar price.
