One of the worst organs among all the powers I know, poorly trained people, bad agents with life, incompetent, unprepared, arrogant and totally unprepared, people with a low level of education. I do not understand until today because they have created governments for the people, they only serve to oppress the population, they do 30% of good things and 70% of bad things, and bodies like that Setran only worsen my concept of governments.
