With a cool mind and with the utmost calm and objectivity: NEVER seen such a lack of cordiality and such rudeness in any public exercise. I was baffled by the unnecessarily aggressive, opinionate and out of place attitude of people involved in public relations. I have complained about 3 different occasions: URP office, switchboard and desk counter. SHAME
