The hotel is beautiful. The decor is the highlight. Glass blown light covers, teak wood sitting area at check-in, plenty of sitting space for guest to observ the river. The enclosed sitting area in our room is great for viewing sunrise, sunset and to watch boats on the river. Though it is not practical the large shower with rain shower head and no door allows water to get all over the bathroom floor. The soaking tub is a great feauture also. The wordrobe closet is very large and spacious, more room than most traveler's will ever need. The mini-bar was fully stocked, but did not get cold. The setting must be very low. The clock light which is apart of the large screen TV is very bright & disturbing while sleeping at night. We had to cover it with a pillow to keep it from so bright at night. The bathroom lacks adequate lighting for make-up application. The mirror space in the bathroom does not have an electrical outlet for blow dryers or flat irons, just for shavers. I had to use an extension cord. I would recommend these accommodations.
