Amazing experience at The Renaissance. We were welcome with a soft drink and everyone was so nice and friendly. Although we came couple hours early, they still let us checked in to our room. Breakfast was great and the view was to die for. I changed hotel and went to Five palm for the remaining days of my vacation, the palm can t come close the outstanding customer service that we received at the Renaissance. I just want to thank Renaissance staff for going above and beyond and the strawberries.
