I'm only giving it a 4, and I'll tell you why later, but first; This was a 5 star visit. Cassie was very informative, entertaining, and funny. She made sure we got to see as much of the animals as we could on the open-air bus tour. I'm only knocking off 1 star because of the 30yr old former school buses with the original dreadfully uncomfortable seats in them. For $30/head, you'd think they could afford new busses.
